I have two Mercedes on the road: a 2008 R320CDI and a 1999 C230. It is so nice to have the comfort of knowing that they have a family physician that knows them and cares about them. At BMI I know that my car’s best interest is being looked after. The mechanics are super knowledgeable and their recommendations are always reasonable and on point.

Twelve years ago, my 1982 240D was ready for the junkyard.  I could not go over 10 miles an hour, the transmission was shot, the vacuum system was all messed up, the air conditioning did not work, etc. etc.

From the minute I walk in  the  door I am warmly greeted by Debbie, the Princess of BMI with her refreshing English  accent. She checks me in and informs me my office is ready (the waiting room where I work) as I travel an hour & a half one way to have my car worked on and well worth the trip.
